ah the fans behind Somerset's bench up in the parking lot. Unfortunately I can see that happening. A lot of tailgaters up there, a good amount of alcohol up there.

In that case, as a HC alumni, former player, and fan, I apologize for their behavior. I'm not a big fan of the "beer garten" when you mix in fans that don't know how to act at high school games.

They were yelling a lot worse stuff than just "warm up the bus" and they were drunk as well. I'm not excusing the personal fouls on our team's part but it is hard enough to have your season or high school career end without being taunted by a bunch of drunk adults. With emotions running that high it is easy to see how the frustration was taken out on the opponent rather than the adults that they couldn't control. I was assured by Crossback that they were not Holy Cross fans but just some locals who were rooting for a local team and I believe him. After about 3 1/2 quarters they were finally ran off by the police. Congrats to Holy Cross and good luck next week.
