I like to break up a long drive by stopping to eat. I must stop alot because of health problems. I don't tailgate and don't care for stadium food. You do things your way and I'll do things my way. My bitching is legit.

Fair enough. If the drive is too long because you "like" to break up a long drive to eat, and because you "must" stop a lot because of your health problems (which you neglected to mention in your prior post discussing the additional 1 hour of travel time by the way), and because you "don't tailgate", and because you "don't care" for stadium food, I suggest you stay at home and watch it on the internet. The KHSAA won't and can't make it's venue decisions because of what you don't like to do and because of your health problems. It just can't. That may sound harsh, but it is what it is.

And again, when the KHSAA moved it to WKU two years ago, WKU was the only school that submitted a proposal. EKU didn't and to the best of my knowledge hasn't. UL couldn't host the games due to the fact that the Big East is still playing this week and because the Big East would not allow UL to guarantee the KHSAA that Papa John's would be available to host the championship games on Friday and Saturday.

If the bitching is just bitching because WKU is inconvenient for you, by all means, keep bitching. No location is convenient to every one in the state. If the pitching is about the KHSAA's decision to go with WKU, there wasn't any other viable alternative that I'm aware of, so you're bitching about about a KHSAA decision that it had no choice but to make.

And it is a once a year (at best) inconvenience. I'd like to think once a year to cheer on the Birds that you could get over liking to break up long drives by eating; that you could eat at a tail gate; or that you could get over your dislike for stadium food. It's once a year (at best).
