By examining the Warrios' best season ever, I agree this hire was the correct one. Just one question- IF they would have done a more "extensive" search, what exactly are you looking for in a coach? I, myself, would want a guy who has recent success, uses a system that fits the SW kids, and a guy who is good under pressure. These three attributes seem to fit Coach Stephens in my opinion. The guy just took you to the state semis for the first time in school history and you are asking for a more extensive search, truly unbelievable.
