[Got an opinion]

Lets look back at what you said, and then tell me who is calling out kids.

"I agree with some of your suggestions but not Madison Ghormely at fullback. LB only for Madison, i remember his only carry this year he fumbled. (Bad idea)." - This kid just played his heart out at LB all year, gets one carry during the season and fumbles, yet you in all of your infinite wisdon say he doesn't deserve a shot at FB. Nice call.

"In my opinion I would move joey duty over to offense and play him at the guard position next year and you would be better than you were this year. Its no disrespect to john (who done a great job) but joey is twice the ball player he is." - Thinking this and saying this on a public forum are two very different things. John Duty earned enough respect from me to never worry about being called a lesser player than his brother on an open forum. Again, nice call.

"I would echo the same about the fields boys as I did the duty boys, Keagan was great at center but Zach has always been the better of the two. Zach fields is a beast on the football field and no one can deny that." - This one is even more ridiculous. You won't find a tougher, more hardnosed, and down to earth kid than Keagan Fields. Still, you find the audacity to say he isn't anywhere near the player his brother is, while his brother didn't even have the opportunity to suit up this year. Yet again, nice call.

These 3 kids are still in high school, just finished representing their schools with pride, dignity, and heart, but you find a way to give them backhanded compliments. Whats harder to believe than that is the fact that you call me an untrue BHS fan because I'm not tooting the horns of unproven players.

I hope the future team works their tails off, goes 30-0 over 2 years with 2 state titles (both against Central), and are humble enough to thank God they got the chance to go against these guys you call inferior each and everday in practice for making them better ballplayers.

I find it funny how you only show certain parts of the post. You left out the good things I said about those players. I did say that about madison, but I also said he is a very good LB and I would'nt move him from LB to take a chance on him being good at FB. That is stupid to move a two year starting LB that went to (2)state championships to take a chance on him at FB, and yes he did fumble his only carry. How is that being critical of him. Ask him yourself and I bet he tells you he'd rather play LB and that he did fumble his only carry. Thats not being critical, its being honest. I have said positives about every kid I have talked about on here and I have also said things they need to work on to get better. Thats not being critical thats called being honest and I never said anything mean or hurtful about any kid. You try to make things negative because your a negative person. As for the duty and fields brothers being compared to one another thats just a part of life. I started out by saying keagan and john were great linemen and I take nothing away from there success, they were great at belfry. I feel that joey will be better than john by the time he graduates and most would agree. If thats a backhanded compliment to anyone then I apologize that wasnt my intent on any of my comments. The same is to be said about Keagan and Zach. I feel Zach will turn out being better. Is that bad to say? I think Keagan would want me to say that about his brother.(I would if it were my little brother). I dont understand why you try to turn everything negative. Would you have rather me said Joey Duty and Zach Fields will never be as good as there older brothers. I didnt think so! Brothers are always compared, you know it and I know it. My opinion is one opinion I never said everyone at Belfry thinks this way I said in my opinion. Ive been wrong before and we cant all be perfect like you Mr. Boondock.
