If they are equal in all areas, then I would allow the adoption agency to decide.

I will say this, and I'm sure many of you will not expect me to say it:
If the homosexual couple will provide a good home and be loving parents, with a completely clean record, and the financial ability to raise the child, by all means allow it.
I wish that they would loosen up the rules on adoption, somewhat. Too many children are born into and grow out of adoption agencies. I do not know all of the rules and will not pretend to. Maybe TRV or someone knows the rules and can explain them.

I do know that there is a bigger want for children than we realize.
