This is laughable coming from Obama. Why don't he start with repealing the Obamacare monstrosity since he is so interested in shrinking government all of a sudden.

Out of all of the presidents in US history, Obama is the worst posterboy for smaller government. In three years, he has already accumulated about 35 percent of the total national debt on his watch. But he says that he needs four more years to finish the job. If by "job" he means destroy our economy and create more left wing government voters, then he is telling the truth.
