I also remember the first time they played last year and Middlesboro won 10-5 on 11 hits and 7 walks.
And then the second time they played when it took all of 5 innings to win 11-0 with 11 hits and 4 walks.
The last time they played, Middlesboro was lifeless. They didn't care. That's no excuse, just an explanation. I mean they pitched a freshman in Lucas Crawford. It was his first ever varsity start. He gave up 1 earned run. It was the worst loss in MHS history.
That being said, won't happen again. Probably going to be more like the 1st or 2nd meeting last year.
