Whats everyones thoughts on this?

I, as a younger American (around 30), am greatly concerned about the retirment direction of our country.
Im in a good enough situation to work for a company with pretty good retirment benefits but for the country as a whole, i feel we are going to have a lot of struggling elderly in our future.
I hope to be alive in 2036, which is around the time i will be setting sails in retirement, and am scared to death that by that time, all of our resources wont be there anymore.

Its a shame to see this country headed in this direction, and is there a fix? Is there any politician who is good enough to take on this type of task for our future?

Sadly, our kids look like they will be screwed even further in the future if we dont change something.
