I think that if a person commits a crime and it's a bad enough crime to get the death penalty, then they shouldn't be able to sit in a cell for 40 years, and take up space.. I'm for capital punishment.

Although a really good movie on this subject is The Life of David Gale.. You need to watch it if you haven't seen it..
