I heard Runyon isn't promising anyone spots this year. I heard Daniels, Fannin, Miller, Kash, and Trimble are all going to compete for the QB spot this year. If I had to guess it will be Fannin or Matt Miller because Matt Daniels is battling a knee injury and it is unknown when he will be cleared. What offense is BMR running this year?

You heard right, no promises from him that's for sure. If Matt Daniels can go then he will be the guy but if he can't then from what's been said so far and seen no way the Miller can compete with K Daniels. Bigger,stronger,more athletic in that position and can punish on the run. But it does not go without saying buddy system is alive and well at that school. So you may be right, we will see but typically BMR will go with whomever gives them the best chance to win.
