Whats a great diet for losing weight fast.
What kind of foods can a guy eat that wont put any fat on?
Ive gained about 30 pounds since high school.
Keep in mind that i was 6'4 220 pounds in high school and worked out six days a week purely for strength conditioning and getting stronger. Now, that im older and not really into being strong as much as i am being fit and shedding pounds im wanting to get into a good eating diet that will help me shed back some pounds without having to work out all the time.
