You'll notice a lot of water weight gain. A little better pump after you lift and a little shorter recovery time. No need to front load or double up in the beginning. Just mix it in a little apple juice and drink it down. On lifting days split it up and take half pre workout and the other half post. Mix the first half in a protien shake preworkout if you drink them.
