Those are high estimates hitting $6,350,000 so what did they spend the rest on? Lights? $500 K will take care of those. New parking lot? Lets go big and say $2 million for the lot. That's still less than $10 Million and they spent $60 million on this? Really? Sounds like a sweet deal for the people getting paid to design and build this thing.
