Final from Hazard.
Pikeville suffers its worst lost since the 8-1 loss to LCA in extras in the Elite 8 of the All "A" Classic on May 16th, 2010.
It breaks a streak of 70 games without a loss differential of more than 4 runs in a game and 81 games without a loss over 4 runs in a 7 innings game (George Rogers Clark 8-2 loss). It has been 94 games since the Panthers were 10-run ruled, it came at the hands of a top 10 Jefferson County, TN team on March 31, 2010.
It is the first time the panthers have allowed 10 runs in a game for the first time in 94 games, to the same Jefferson County, TN team.
PHS falls to 15-5.
