To be honest, this is nothing more than a scam, where a 19 year old kid was naive enough to essentially give away his NBA meme site to people he had never met.
Sarah Phillips is real and she does exist. ESPN has ended their relationship with her becaue they now know she's got trouble all around her, however, the Prasad guys, IMO arent real, but I cant find anything the 19 year old can hold on them considering they took it by pretty much asking and he gave.

I think there is one big mastermind behind this that not even Phillips knows about, and to be honest, i think he's playing her.
When it all comes to light, if it ever does, you will see one man being responsible for the whole ordeal.
