Letcher Central's Boys and Girl's Track took home region titles yesterday. 12 individual regional champions were crowned to Letcher CentralCongrats Cougars and Lady Cougars and good luck at state. Question: LCC girls and Leslie Co tied for points overall. What breaks the tie to determine champ? Letcher Central had more individual region championships so would that put them first?
