A gas bandit in Letcher County pleaded guilty in court this afternoon.
20-year-old Michael Baker was arrested after he posted a picture of himself on Facebook stealing gas from a Jenkins police cruiser.
Baker later admitted in a Mountain News interview that he did steal some gas.
Baker was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
