I guess what Bob is saying, since they have hiring ads all over the radio in Logan, it's because they can't find any drug free workers. We can assume by that, that the massive layoffs are due to people busting drug tests. :biggrin: Demand for coal, price of coal, price of natural gas, and drug tests.
