If not, I think it starts getting to the point where they are missing a lot of football to be truly effective at the beginning of the football season. I was taking your question to mean that they did it as a means of getting in shape. If that's the case, then it sounded like they didn't have the discipline to get in shape at home and took the means to "force" them into shape. Not saying that is bad either.
