Couple of things:
1. open up buying health insurance across state lines- I should be able to shop around for the best policy I can. Right now I'm limited to what is offered in Kentucky.
2. Medical Liability Reform needs to be included
3.Access for Patients with Pre-Existing Conditions to a point. Make it difficult to drop someone with a pre-existing condition but be diligent that if someone tries to buy a policy after the fact they should be denied. What if you don't have house insurance and all of a sudden your home catches fire then you try and buy home owners insurance. That's not right.
4.reform medicare. go after the waste and fraud
