Supposedly, the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Who knows what route you took to connect those two dots. Not even with the wildest stretch of imagination could one make that anti-logic stick. Men have the the right to pursue happiness too. According to the Ayn Rand Center, "the Declaration of Independence enshrines three basic rights: the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." So, using your logic, if the constitution advocates for universal health care, it would necessarily follow that if murdering people makes some folks happy, it should be bombs away and more power to them, right?
