There is a lot of great ball players on that field during that game. The heart of the 1990 State baseball champs was on that field for Paintsville. It would be interesting to figure out how many D1 athletes were on that field during this game. I know for Paintsville Jerry Pelphrey ETSU Basketball plus Greg Slone WKU baseball, Jermy Holbrook Morehead football, Tucker Howard UL baseball. I am not sure about Pikeville but I am sure there was many. People reading this from Louisville and Lexington would probably think "Big Deal" but keep in mind that Paintsville and Pikeville have a combined population of about 10,000 people.
