RunIt is absolutely right about everything in this thread.
I got my first chew when I was 18.. Im 25 now.. Made it all the way through highschool and decided I wanted to try it, so i did.

Grizzly wintergreen longcut is what I still chew today as well. My teeth are nice and white - After I chew I do either brush my teeth if I am at the house of course or gargle water to make sure I get all the baccer out of my teeth and mouth,
I actually know I can quit as well. I had quit when I had a job. I quit for like 3 months then I started back. It is definitely addictive but if you can go a day or two without it you:"ll be fine.

Fine cut, yeah Im not sure how people chew that crap.
