Rowan County takes on Pulaski County in the early game of the Ray Correll Bowl at Somerset. Rowan County enters at 0-1 after dropping their opener to Montgomery County. Pulaski County was pushed around by Whitley County and beat Madison Central in their two scrimmages. This figures to be a high scoring game as both teams have suspect defenses. Who wins and why?
