Unable to make game last night (who puts a cross country race on a Friday night?)but everyone I talked to said HHS dominated the first half with the one TD coming on trick play in which HHS allowed themselves to get tricked. Was told many subs started in the second half and second string QB played whole half(good game experience for the up and coming players!).
This season reminds me a lot like last year; Got smashed in scrimmage, looked OK against Boyle in first game and by third game HHS starts to play much better. I look for this team to continue to get better as coaches find the right combinations and think it will be a team you do not want to see come playoff time.
