I was wondering if some people could help me out. I was in Louisville today watching a high school practice and they were in helmets only.

Do high schools usually have a days set for full pads and days they go helmets. Also was wondering what is the times of practice during the week. How long does practice last? I thought I knew some football, but really wondering if I am that far out of the loop.

i know they usally wear helmets only the day before a game,maybe they are playing game tomorrow, i know alot of games here in arkansas, there moving up because all the rain we r sup2 get from the hurricane, just a thought..
