If we could pay our bills we wouldn't have to borrow .40 cents of every dollar we spend. We owe 16 trillion right now, we can't pay that back without cutting spending which, Obama and the dems are not willing to do. How much worse will our financial situation be 4 years from now when we owe 22.5 trillion? Obama will have more than doubled our national debt from the 2008 high water mark which took 236 years, (our nation's total lifetime) to accumulate. Before Obama 10.5 trillion, after Obama, 22.5 trillion (if we're lucky), and you're saying Bush drove us in the dirt?

Romney has demonstrated beyond question that he can balance a budget with his record of public service as the governor of Massachusetts. They were 3 billion in debt when he took office and they were totally rolling in dough when he left. The only thing Obama ever balanced was a set of dope scales at Occidental.
