You remember, things like 7 budgets in the last 2 years and other small stuff like that? Harry Reid tables or refuses to allow House business to be brought up on the floor. The Senate is totally obstructing all legislation (except federal and state funding for emergencies and government) until after their imperious leader, BHO has his shot at the keys to the kingdom for the next four years.
