BGR Regional Power Rankings- Louisville Metro
#1

This is Week 2 of the inaugural Bluegrass Rivals Regional Power Rankings!

We will rank the Top 5 in each region of the stat, based on a "pound for pound" basis. We will take into account Strength of Schedule, margin of victory/defeat, magnitude of games, and come to a conclusion.

Rankings are meant for discussion, and your feedback is what we want to hear whether you agree or not. Make your case for your team!

1. Trinity- Yawn! Another win against a National competitor on ESPN2 in a NFL stadium. Yawn!

2. St. X- Regains what has rightfully been theirs by sending Central back with their first L.

3. John Hardin- Only chance for anyone to stay with 5 tD's may be Grayson County in Week 9 in what could very well be a battle of undefeated teams.

4. Central- Quality loss to St. X as they equated themselves well, but a loss nonetheless.

5. PRP- Were idle last week, Panthers look like they will be undefeated heading into a Week 10 clash with Central.

Teams on the Rise:
Bardstown- Tigers are red hot and have emerged as a 2A Title Contender.

Eastern- Very impressive win over Male makes the Eagles a team to watch.

Teams Falling:
North Hardin- Once a KY Large school staple, now the Trojans are searching for wins any way they can find them.

Game to Watch:
Trinity vs. St.X- Is this the first ever meeting between these two? Will anyone be interested enough to attend this game? Do either of these teams have some tradition? Sarcasm meter off...the premier rivalry in the State is can't miss football.
