Class 4A
1. Highlands
2. Covington Catholic
3. Lexington Catholic
4. Russell County
5. Knox Central
6. Johnson Central
7. Ashland Blazer
8. Boyle County
9. Warren East
10. Collins

With the games tomorrow there will likely be some changes in the middle. Johnson Central has looked much better in the later part of the season and their game with Ashland will decide which team is on top. And the Russell Co - Knox Central game will as well. The big question will be where do the looser of each game go.
