I'm not going to search through posts. If you say you didn't say it, I guess we have to take your word on it. I guess I made a mistake. I thought sure you said once that you wanted to save up and buy a hot dog stand, cart, or some kind of small food cart. My bad.

I did take time to search my posts, and I never made any such comment. I appreciate you taking time to admit that you were mistaken.

I do hold a great deal of respect for the people who do operate food carts. It is a tough way to earn a living. I no longer work where I have access to hot dog, taco, and kabob carts, but I grew to respect the individuals and families who operate them while I did work nearby. Many, if not most, of the operators are recent immigrants to this country and food carts are among the best examples of pure, small business capitalism at work that I know.
