1st, congrats to the Rebels on the win. Get ready for the playoffs.

2nd, keep hearing about Whitley missing their QB was a big difference maker. Sure it had some impact. The QB of an offense that scores 28.2 points per game is going to be missed. But it was Whitley's defense that gave up over 400 yards that was their worst undoing. A QB has less to do with that than a defender.

3rd, it's all talk right now from Rebel fans, Laker fans and any other fans. in four weeks each team will have the answers to the bombast and fears each has for his/her team.

I think I will just enjoy the circus and let the field determine who is better this year. :Thumbs:

As far as the QB goes, it does impact their defensive side because of the lack of any sustained drives & time of possession. One long sustained drive for another TD would likely have taken one away from BC, which is a 14 point swing. I honestly think BC is a better team than WC, but it's simply not a good comparison game for BC vs RC in the way that it was played. So, you are right, we have to wait for the field to determine, but I for one enjoy the Clowning before the game......all in good fun.
