Look, I had a few cold ones before I turned 21.

Did I die from it? No
Did it affect my education? No
Did it ruin my chances at doing something good with my life? No

Was it ok for me to drink? Hell NO

I can make a book of dumb things I did before I turned 21, most of which involved alcohol or things I wasn't supposed to have. I didn't drink responsibly, and I never met anyone under 21 who drank responsibly. Just because I did it, doesn't make it ok. The only reason this story is a big deal is because 1. 19 players were suspended or kicked off the team and 2. it made the news. These kids deserve the punishment and I hope they learn a lot from it.
