Hold up, wait just a minute, lets get this correct. YES, it is illegal to consume alcoholic beverage under the age of 21 yrs in Ky unless it has been provided by your parents for the purpose of religious beliefs or a back yard family outing type event. I am quiet certain of that. Quoting one KY REVISED STATUTE does not mean that all the laws coincide with that. Laws come and go and are constantly revised.
