In the game of the week I did my homework on Cooper and Anderson Co. If you look at both teams records Anderson has 2 losses and cooper 1. Both of the losses for Anderson were to good teams. Anderson Co played more teams with winning records and they had home field advantage but Cooper beat em like they stole something. I don't think you need to play a top ranked team every week to do good in the playoffs and remember that if you have a good team you get to go up against a good O or D every day in practice. I believe a team does most of their improvement on the practice field and in the film room rather than in the games throughout the season. IMO 9 out of 10 times, the team who wins a game was the team who prepared and studied the best in practice and is more fundamentally sound and not the one who played the toughest schedule.
