Rockcastle County had consistency for 20+ years, now it does not. Look what it does.
However, one of the most important consisentcies is consistency in the style of player and style of coach. If you have a ground-n-pound coach with players taught and grown to do that style, all is well. If you like to run-n-gun and do not have the players, you are gonna be hurting.
If Scott Parkey remains head coach, then I hope everyone from the boosters to the little league coaches help him get the teaching, players are support he needs.
