So FSU says Stoops is in Florida about to oversee a practice...and a KSR rep is saying he's in flight to Lexington to tour campus and tie up loose strings?

Let's re-visit the whole it's official when UK calls for a " OFFICIAL PRESS CONFERENCE " concept.
