I myself am a bigger man than most on here and have to say congrats to central. Our young men of Belfry played a very good game. Coach Haywood and staff have built a very good program here and its all about hard work, respect and first class. As an X Belfry Pirate football player and now a fan I to still have respect for all other teams and consider myself a first class guy. I know what these young men are going threw today I played in 2 back to back 3a championships and came up short in the end at Belfry. But looking back on it now its a very proud statement we made back then. Our program of football and player are going no wheres. We will be back and second place is not such a bad thing. I have to say this as for the young kicker he should have not been in such a big game. I had a bad feeling about it when he took the field. But its in the history books and we most move on, as a Belfry fan I always stand behind Coach Haywood on whatever call he or our staff makes.
