Legal alcohol sales has not made it hard for minors to get their hands on alcohol and it will not make it any harder for a 15 year-old to get his hands on weed. There will always be adults who see no problem helping some kid score some drugs, just as there is no shortage of adults willing to help teenagers get their hands on alcohol.
