Thing is, Kobe has the talent and ability to be a great passer. But his mindset is such that he doesn't trust anyone to take the shot. And people need to remember that this is not the first time the Lakers tried to build a "Dream Team" around Kobe. Remember when they had Kobe and Shaq, then went out and got Gary Peyton and Karl Malone? Won the first game of the NBA Championship Series against the Pistons on a game winner by Kobe, then promptly got beat the next four games by Detroit, led by a great series of defense by Tayshawn Prince, sorry if I didn't spell his name right. Anyway, until Kobe changes, this team isn't going anywhere but further down quick, you all are correct.
