Just incase anybody is wondering.....
TheRealVille Wrote:So, how do you get your knowledge that the majority of Americans don't favor gay marriage, since you say the majority don't? What insight into the American opinion are you gaining up there in Boyd county that says the polls are lying?

RV, IMO, you've been willingly propagandized by the left. You share a kind of contempt with them for what is considered to be traditional American values. Those values are based in scripture which, you reject. You've therefore spent the last how ever many years, with "itching ears", soaking up the left wing's secular humanistic rationale. That is your choice and your right and I'm fine with it. But, your insistence that the left's principles and liberalisms are mainstream is just not true.

In fact, I went to the trouble to demonstrate the liberal strategy, to dupe folks into thinking the fight to retain any semblance of Christian principles is over and that resistance to their teachings by the American masses was futile. That is to say they have declared victory before having achieved anything like it, and what they are waging is a propaganda campaign to that end. And, although it was entirely predictable (if very unfortunate), the strategy has worked on folks like you.

On the other hand, we have organizations like the Tea Party and other conservative efforts who counter the liberal message. Despite claims to the contrary, these 'counter efforts' are always legal, and respectful of all laws, carried out with respect and observance of the rights of local residents where events and rallies are held.

Reasonable people know that hitting that Google button, and happening to find a biased website which states that the majority favors gay marriage is far short of proof. Next time you're at the store or someplace not surrounded by your crew, ask somebody that doesn't have more than 10 body piercings and doesn't have any needle tracks in their arm if they're for gay marriage. I know for a fact, that the majority of Americans are not in favor of gay rights. Lawmakers and wannabe's are making some real political hay with running on those issues now, but, only in some very blue states. Let some hack come out in a red state and try that and see how far they get.
