The Barack H. Obama Foundation, named after that great American patriot and capitalist, Barack H, Obama Sr., was organized by one of Barack, Jr.'s many half brothers, Abon'go Malik "Roy" Obama. It is an organization formed and operated from Nairobi, Kenya. Its alleged purpose is to assist needy Kenyans with basic needs such as housing. Strangely, there is no record of its "good works".

This foundation filed for tax exempt status in the United States under Sec. 501©(4) of the IRC. Although it had no formal organization in this country, its application was approved in less than 30 days by none other than Lois Lerner herself. In fact, she made the approval retroactive for over two years so that contributions to the "charity" would qualify for tax exemption by BHBF and as a deductible contribution for contributors. It also cleared the organization of any liability for required IRS filings that were delinquent.

Obviously, the Tea Party groups were negligent in not naming their organizations after the illustrious Barack, Sr. It could have resulted in almost same day service.

Of course, the problems with conservative filings with the IRS are mere coincidence and not related in any way to a political agenda. And, of course, Barack, Jr. and his closest advisers knew nothing about any of this. And, of course, the fact that it conveniently aided the reelection of Barack, Jr. is another mere coincidence. And, of course, if there were anything questionable about any of this, our independent and probing media would have flushed out the facts and reported it. And, finally, if you believe any of this is the case, you truly are a fool.
