This gun shot ultra expert, Dr. Vincent Di Maio, has removed any reasonable doubt concerning the apparent fact that Martin was on top of Zimmerman at the time of the shooting. Di Maio is very convincing. Of course, he could be lying. But, isn't such a conclusion ridiculous? Why would he lie? It would be like saying the two police investigators who were told by Mr. Martin that the screams were mot those of his son are also lying.

After a while, it should be a bit disingenuous for anyone to believe that everyone but the Martin family is lying, don't you think?

The Martin family is hurt and mad. Generally speaking and very unfortunately, many black folks grow up believing they are doomed to an existence of being permanently downtrodden by the rich white people. More specifically, rich white republicans. An absurdly erroneous idea that democrats helped to initialize and foster so as to insure the black vote, all without the first pang of guilt.

I believe Mr Martin would have known the sound of his son's voice well enough to say if he thought that was Trayvon screaming for help on the 911 tape. The prosecution would hang their whole case on basically one statement that Zimmerman made. He said they always get by with it and for the most part he is exactly right. His neighborhood was ravaged by burglaries, and that can make for particularly grievous living conditions. And I can tell you for a surety, most of the time the punks do get by with it. Even if the thieves are identified by witnesses or security systems the police rarely ever do anything about break-ins. Though Zimmerman's neighborhood was a hotbed for burglary, anybody who would take a second to think about that would have to agree, no matter where the neighborhood one lives in, burglaries are a real problem. After all the state could muster, all they have are grieving loved ones and that single statement to establish the shooting was an execution rather than self defense. The defense on the other hand has an abundance of exculpatory testimony and other evidence. It would seem to be nearly impossible to convict Zimmerman on the state's case.
