Christianity is so simple... that most people really don't understand just how easy it really is. People want to over-analyze and over think ever letter.

1 Corinthians ch. 14 (KJV)
33 - For God is not [the author] of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

^ God is not going to confuse anybody. People that have never really been around a Christian based church OR who've had a bad experience (and yes, believe it or not... that happens) have a hard time grasping that concept. When all we have to do is just believe.


1 Peter ch. 5 (KJV)
8 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

^ This verse pretty much sums up the entire works of the devil. the devil will place a temptation in front of somebody when they are at their weakest point.


John ch. 17 (KJV)
17 - Sanctify them through Thy truth: Thy word is truth.

^ He tells us that his word (The Bible) is the truth.


Revelation Chapter 22 (KJV)
7 - Behold, I come quickly: blessed [is] he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

8 - And I John saw these things, and heard [them]. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

9 - Then saith he unto me, See [thou do it] not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
