I wasn't upset, I was merely telling the truth. Go back over the last 10 years and pick out the programs in this State with the most losses and I will guarantee one common thing among all of them, multiple coaching changes. It amazes me how many people really don't understand what it takes to make a program into a winner. Its the administration, not the coach! Look at the successful programs in Kentucky, then look at yours. Ask yourself this question; Do we have what they have? If the answer is no, don't blame the coach, go get the guy in charge and demand better for your kids.

You are spot on,if the administration does not care. Nick Saban could not win there. You would think that administration would want to hire the best available person for the position for what ever extracurricular activity it was, but this not the case most of the time.
