This game was lost for Ryle do solely on play calling. Ryle had many chances to win one TD recalled do to illegal formation and a 21 yd missed field goal didn't help.
Barker was a smart QB. He read the defense and changed the plays at the line so Ryle's blitzes failed. Not sure on his total yardage I'd say over 200 passing maybe 80 rushing with 2 rush TDs. He threw 2 ints both could easily be blamed on receiver as 1 was tipped.
On the offensive side Rule ran the same play a run right up the gut 80% of the game and were stopped every time. When Ryle passed they moved the ball yes there were a few drops but they were predictable in there play (run left, run right) and the Conner coaches adjusted to it thus they leave with the win.
