^Had to leave there for a sec. I've been hearing some rumblings about the likelihood of a Congressional investigation. There is no doubt now that the stonewalling and nose thumbing will just go on and on. One year plus into it, and we still haven't heard jack about Benghazi. The investigation into the IRS scandal is inching along, slogging through one legal challenge after the other. We're hip deep in dozens of new scandals associated with the shut down at present too. The DOD's refusal to pay benefits to the widows of the recently fallen is supposedly the fault of the lawyers. You know, the lawyers? Like lawyers are something mystical on the order of unicorns or something. They're still accountable to somebody who represents the people, at some level of government. Why would they have researched so diligently for a loophole on which they could establish plausible deniability, if they weren't actively looking for a way to avoid paying said benefits?
