Everyone talks about S.O.S but Somerset is the victim of their schedule. Their early challenges against top teams left them injured and depleted while also costing them non-district wins. Middlesboro meanwhile plays a little bit softer slate and as a result get a couple wins over pretty good teams that prove to be the difference.

Somerset now be a 3 seed despite playing the toughest schedule of all three teams and despite beating 2 of 2A's Top 10 teams already in fairly convincing fashion.

Somerset leads Danville in the tie breaker right now for #2 seed...depends on how beaten opponents do this week and next...if Danville beats Frankfort they will have more points than Somerset can catch up to.
