If Manual would have beaten St. X last week, that would have made this district VERY interesting by throwing it into a 3 way tie for first between Male, Manual, and Trinity. Jason Frakes from the Courier-Journal mentioned that all six games played in this district were decided by an average of 6 points. The largest margin of victory was Trinity's 29-17 win over St. X. All four teams are very close and very good, but only one will advance out of the region. Weeks 2 and 3 of the playoffs should be between these four teams.
