East Ridge doesn't play in a district, and Magoffin (as well as Jackson) have had the privilege of getting beat down by Breathitt Co for forever. As far as your 1A comments, tell that to Fairview, or Pikeville who have more kids on their roster than Phelps or Jenkins combined. I'm just saying you got to have a winning base as a tradition in order to build a program. Thus your previous comments have no validity.
